FYI, I got to spend a couple of hours this morning with some of the ladies of The Crofton Book Club and talk about one of my books, Second Helpings.

I was actually pretty nervous. The thought of a book club, disecting my little book and picking all my ameteur flaws apart…it had me worried. But of course, we had nothing to fear. Cretia, Jude and I turned out to be surrounded by great food and plenty of warm hospitality.

It turned out to be one of the most enjoyable events we've attended, and I got to answer some very interesting questions. And…I got to listen to some pretty interesting stories that, ahem…may or may not show up in some of my future writing projects. LOL.

All in all, it was a wonderful time and it had me thinking all the more about other book clubs and how we could find ways to meet with them. So…
